Safety Policy
It is the responsibility of the Cobalt Group management to establish and uphold policies and procedures that maintain a high standard of safety. Management will also ensure that supervisors are fully aware of and aligned with these various requirements.
It is the responsibility of all Cobalt Group supervisors to ensure that all training needs are identified and met to comply with our company policies and procedures. Supervisors will conduct themselves in a manner that upholds our high standards of safety by following and consistently enforcing our policies and procedures.
It is the responsibility of every employee to follow the established policies and procedures of the Cobalt Group, as well as to work in a safe manner, and to report health and safety concerns to their supervisor.
It is the responsibility of the Cobalt Group health and safety representatives and safety committee members to promote safe work practices and to maintain a safe workplace environment by recommending actions which will improve the effectiveness of health and safety efforts at all Cobalt Group work sites.
